Phase 1 of the on-campus student housing development consists of housing for 350 nursing students, with phase two providing housing for an additional 610 students. The housing is grouped in to fenced housing clusters of typically 96 students each ranging from first year students to fourth year students. Each cluster is comprised out of 5 x double story, predominantly north facing housing blocks, and 1 x single storey recreation and services block. On each storey of each block a communal kitchen and dining area will be provided for the students to prepare meals. Each block will be served with their own external staircase with the exception being the two first year block which will share a communal staircase.
