Siloam District Hospital will replace the existing hospital as a 230-bed facility, located in the Vemba District Limpopo Province, after declared a National Presidential priority in 2011. The planning and development of this new facility will follow the approved health care model of care for District Health Care in line with the Limpopo Department of Health Strategic Transformation Plan. Acute and infectious diseases ward as well as a Mental Health ward are to be supported by a full complement of services in a landscaped setting.
